APLIKASI BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING (BIM) DALAM PERANCANGAN BANGUNAN GEDUNG

<div class="WordSection1"><p>Perkembangan teknologi informasi pada era industri 4.0 terjadi sangat cepat diberbagai bidang industri, seperti <em>Architec Engineering Construstion </em>(AEC). </em>(AEC) terus memaksimalkan perkembangan digital dengan penggunaan aplikasi penunjang pengaplikasian sistem <em>Building Information Modeling </em>(BIM). BIM berimplikasi memberi perubahan dan mendorong pertukaran menggunakan model 3D berbagai disiplin pekerjaan instansi yang berbeda, sehingga akan dapat berjalan lebih efisien efektif. Pada studi ini 5D mencakup beberapa BIM, diantaranya adalah desain struktur menyertakan hasil <em>output </em>pendetailan elemen struktur, perhitungan volume pekerjaan, estimasi biaya, penjadwalan visualisasi perenderan bangunan.</p><p>Tujuan dari mampu memodelkan bangunan dalam bentuk 3D, menghasilkan output detail gambar, serta memperlihatkan simulasi sebelum tersebut didirikan. membuat bantuan AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, SAP 2000 Navisworks. Penentuan digunakan disesuaikan rumusan masalah diselesaikan, Revit untuk Model Utama Lumion SAP2000 analisis Navisworks mensimulasikan terintegrasi 5D. Data perencanaan data sekunder Tugas Besar Beton tahun 2020 kelompok 1.</p><p>Aplikasi skripsi pemodelan integrasi proses SAP2000, pendetailan penulangan biaya sudah terintegrasi.</p><p><strong>Kata Kunci:</strong> Modeling</em>, 5D, Revit.</p></div>
